Why Birgit really takes me with her

I tell my friend Birgit that when she goes out of town shopping, she doesn't ask me to go with her because she enjoys my company or advice, but that she likes the fact that she can pile clothes a mile high on my walker!

We had a great day today, driving up to Raleigh, shopping, having lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and driving home.

Once home and getting settled for the evening, these two gals were at the glass door checking on us! Glad they are slowly but surely getting more comfortable around us.
