One for Mum

Amazing almond croissants at L'Elysee cafe on Hammersmith Road opposite and down a bit from Kensington Olympia. You just know that these beasties have crunchy caramelised exteriors and gooey sweet almondy interiors. My mother Mary would be all over these like a rash, so this blip is dedicated to her. Yum.
I have a hangover this morning so opted for a plain croissant which was super flaky and light. Also Yum.
On yelp.com it gets five stars and I agree.
