A Monday Treat.

I bought a disappointing electric blanket at the weekend. I had two chilly nights with it.
I rang Boots this morning, telling them I wished to return it as it was not warm enough. I played the chilly old cottage card. They were fine about it.

After buying a new (allegedly) hotter one elsewhere, I went to the first day of the closing sale of my favourite Art Shop. We are all sad to see them go, it was always a fun event to go there. There isn't another good one for miles.

To console myself (any excuse) I went into the chocolate bar for the first time and bought a little bag of Chile Truffles, etc. This was the cheering choice they had.
