Vessels To Live On

On the dock across the street from us on Lake Union. these 3 are live-aboards. The "Owl" was the tug for another barge live-aboard owned by the head of KING5 radio. The "Cape Dorset, " full of character on the right is another live-aboard. "Simpatico" in the middle is the newest addition, designed to fit this space and driven in here by a woman who is a successful real estate developer/ construction expert, who also built a floating rowing club that could be taken out on the lake for a spin.

Such a nice day after the stormy yesterday. Spent much of the afternoon with the grandsons after school but couldnt do much as one had to go to soccer practice...
