Spoonful of Rainbow Sugar

Nothing of huge note transpired today. There was lots of number crunching at work, a quick work-out on the eliptical machine at home, a simple dinner, some reading with my daughter and then off to bed.

I just bought these rainbow sprinkles to add to ice-cream. My daughter likes to go to Baskin Robbins Ice-Cream store and she always orders plain chocolate with rainbow sprinkles. I found the same kind of colorful topping at the grocery store so I am going to save about $2 a scoop by making her favoite treat at home.
