Falls on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal

I went to Great Falls this morning with a group to get photos of the falls at sunrise. The sun coming up on the trees on the Virginia side of the Potomac was quite beautiful, but that didn't quite translate to my photos. All of the waterfalls were very turbulent after the large amount of rain earlier in the week, which really takes away from the "dreamy" effect of longer exposure. In the end, I was most satisfied with this shot. I have posted two others HERE.
