The Last One?

This could be the last Chrysanthemum of the year - as far as my garden goes. These and Michaelmas Daisies are among my favourite flowers, and I adore their vivid colours and pungent smell.

It seems to me that the pleasure they give, is in some ways bitter sweet as the realisation dawns that Winter will soon be here.
