White lily

Our guests may have left for London, but the lovely lilies that they brought us on Friday remind us of a wonderful weekend.

I spent today on tasks that I enjoy: writing a PowerPoint presentation, and creating web content. Late this afternoon I posted some of the photos from my University's Ada Lovelace Day celebration on 14th October to my blog. These include a few of me during my speech. Exercise today: morning running loops in 28'34", sit-ups and weights, walk to work (1 hour).
