Soup weather....

....a rather wet and miserable start to the day but it actually turned out to be a beautiful afternoon and evening. Chilly though so the soup was still a good idea, the spiced butternut squash and sweet potato made for a warming lunch!

First day back at school has been survived. Helped I think by the cake ready at home time :-)

Going to be a busy wee week ahead with the village Halloween Party on Friday night and then a coffee morning on Saturday.......there maybe cake blips to come!
