The Mines referred to, is a young agricultural officer who works for CADECOM, a Catholic Church Charity of the Diocses of Mzuzu. She has agreed to advise the people in the village of Miramira on irrigation and planting (in her area) as a follow up to a dam which Wellsforzoe helped to build earlier.
She took part in the dambuilding to learn the process and now promotes the idea. She is an amazingly bright young woman and an excellent worker
