A short walk today ...

I have moved location upwards into the mountainous area around Mt Ruapehu in North Island. What none of us had expected was the overnight snow and strong winds this morning. The longer 8 hour walk was duly cancelled and this morning's short 4k walk was accompanied by rain, wind, hail and some little sunshine. If I get a sunset shot tonight I may well update this, but just in case, here's the only shot I could get this morning.
