Overkill

This huge yellow knot caught my attention on my morning walk. It's about six inches in diameter and is part of guy line that fastens a 12' x 12' tent structure to a huge bollard in an employee parking lot. The tent is used by the parking lot attendant to shelter him from the elements. I can only think that he's expecting hurricane force winds!
