Darker shades of Autumn

I made it out to get a picture before the sunset but just barely. Now that we have set the clocks back the daylight hours fly by.
It was really windy and chilly today too. I didn't want to be out once it got darker and colder. Even Dillon was spooked by the wind blowing all the leaves around. He kept chasing them as if they were running away.
I took this photo because it shows the difference in how the trees are changing. There are less brightly colored leaves and a deeper, darker look to the trees. A more moody capture but I still like it.
