Mare aux salamandres

We found a great new trail in the Forest this afternoon. It wasn't a very long walk, as we waited for a rain shower to pass before heading out, and of course now the clocks have changed it is getting dark earlier, but we will definitely return and do more of it another time. There were so many weird and wonderful rock formations, but since I have shown you several of those before, I thought I would show you one of the mares or ponds which also dot the Forest.
