The Orchid

I think this is a Lady's Slipper Orchid. I saw it today in one of the glasshouses in the Botanic Gardens. Most of the orchids that are in flower at the moment are behind glass (rather grubby) and what with shadows, caused by the sun, and reflections of me in the glass it was quite tricky to get a decent shot. This was the best of the bunch!
