Thursday's Toadstool

Glad I had the dogs out this morning .... the rain stayed away allowing us to enjoy our walk in the park. If we had been walking this afternoon we would have been soaked.

I spotted these toadstools growing at the base of a tree .... photo required .... not easy ... one small camera, two dogs on an extending double lead and wet ground .... there is always a solution! I knelt on the handle of the lead and took a couple of shots ..... meanwhile the dogs took themselves for a walk round the rather large tree trunk .... when the lead was extended to its limit they sort of fell over each other and could they retrace their steps .... of course not!
