A rose between....

Today we went to a meet-and-greet at a local fitness and supplements store in Adelaide. The massive Egyptian guy on the right is Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay, and a serious future Mr Olympia contender. Ramy finished seventh in this year’s Mr Olympia in September.

The Olympia competition is the pinnacle of professional bodybuilding for men and women. As my regular blip friends know, the event is held annually in Las Vegas, with Paladian and I taking a small part in the proceedings.

Ramy is here for the day with his coach and fellow IFBB competitor Dennis James from USA, signing autographs, taking photos and endorsing supplement sponsor German American Technologies (GAT).
