Medal

Here's my medal from yesterday.

Today I blogged, continued work on a report, and made a lazy documentary on goth music broadcast by BBC4 much more interesting by checking recent photos of the band members on the Internet and assessing how well (or not) they have aged.

Exercise today: none.
