Very busy at work. They are getting their money's worth out of me right now but I'm about to call it a day, shoot downstairs and make my dinner, make dinner for Rosina and Harry which they can reheat when they get home and then nip to the gym before settling down to watch Masterchef the Professionals.

Professionals! You having a laugh. It's a bit like the apprentice, a mix of no hopers and real chefs, the difference being that these no hopers actually seem to be employed in proper restaurants. Restaurants that need to be given a wide berth I would suggest judging by some of the rubbish that gets turned out.
