Shocking Collapse ...

... of a tobacco barn in Hadley, Mass., which I have blipped a number of times in the last three years at least. Here's my last previous blip earlier this year; you can follow links back from there, with more details and information (e.g.) on the tobacco crop in the Pioneer River Valley. This is a fairly wide-angle view--the large version is more comparable with most previous blips. This is the first time I passed by it after the collapse. I guess it's appropriate that it happened in late fall. It's definitely a poignant development for me. I've marked the location quite exactly on the map.
