Another grey day, with the added bonus of a swirling onshore wind. By the time I took this photo, the rain was starting; now, an hour later, it's dark outside and the rain is battering the windows.

The high tide shows the quantity of debris in the Firth of Clyde - that and the thick mat of seaweed that sways in the soup at the water's edge and makes it resemble brown minestrone.
