Derelict Thursday

This was The Victoria Baths and was opened in 1871. It had an ornate ironwork roof, it was reputed to be one of the grandest public baths in the country when it was opened, I understand it had six pools then. There were 3 salt water pools when I was a lad, I learned to swim there. There were Turkish baths also.
There is a leisure centre just out of shot, which adjoins this building and I think it uses the refurbished swimming pools, which are now freshwater baths.
The part of the building shown here is derelict and has been unused for a number of years.
Thanks to SarumStroller for hosting the challenge.
