Deal, Kent artist Allan Boulter

Paid my annual visit to Allan Boulter - an artist who studied at the Royal Academy and who is too humble to say that he has a painting hung in Cambridge University - but I can say it for him. I met Allan when he moved to Deal at the same time as I did in 1967 . We have been friends for all those years and I make a point of visiting Deal which holds some many memories - at least once every couple of years. We had fish and chips on the pier and watched the sun go down. Just marvellous.
