Another AGM

My second AGM in a week .. the first was in North Wales on Saturday! There was no Iolo at this one ..

It was the Barn Petanque club AGM, the first I have attended for five years (if not longer). As if to prove life does indeed go around in ever decreasing circles, I am once more the secretary of the Barn Petanque club!

Nothing really to report from the AGM, it was a straightforward affair. Mark, the founding member of the club has returned this year, which gives us ten players for the next season. We are just short of having enough players for two teams without causing too much hard work in putting a team out each week. We are hoping to get back down to Sherbourne in the new year, as we made friends with the petanque team that plays there.
