Kill thy neighbour

I've never really understood why anyone would graffiti. This current trend of spraying one's name or nickname is just beyond me. Why'd anyone want to put their name on a wall?

But to spray "Kill thy neighbour" on a road sign, well, it just beggars belief. The folk that live in the nice new flats down this street must be delighted with their choice of 'hood, eh?

Anyway. In line with Joe's command I had a day of low calories, healthy eating and exercise. And it all went very well, although I am glad it was just for the one day and I can get back to normal tomorrow.
