Monday photo session

Still feeling rough today, but it was back into work anyway. With the dance group we were continuing with building the websites then from there it was on up to the studio for a few of them to try out some action shots.

Sadly the sync cable we had didn't work so we had to make do with shooting on modelling lights, which wasn't ideal but we got some decent shots all the same, albeit slightly noisy ones due to having to crank up the ISO.
