They are, of course, migrating cranes.

I was sitting at my desk trying to read weird IBM documentation* when a bit of movement caught my eye. A couple of waves of cranes heading off somewhere sunny. Sounds like a good plan.

I looked at the weather forecast for the rest of the week. It says we can expect 2 hours of sunshine over the rest of the week. And maximum temperatures of about 7°C.

* I know the SYSMDECK has to be defined, but wtff** IS a SYSMDECK? I found out after a couple of hours and it wasn't interesting. But why not have a Redbook where all these things are explained... clearly explained and not in IBM English.
