Der falsche Payter
Or "the wrong Peter". Peter is pronounced Payter in Germany.
Woman turned up in my office today, proffered a handshake and said "I'm glad we could meet up". Sadly, I hadn't a clue who she was and when I asked what it was about she started on about some meeting about MQ Servers.
I knew then exactly the Peter she should be talking too - the cleverer one, two doors along from my office.
Still, I had my own triumphs today. Minor ones, but they show I'm doing what I'm supposed to.
The Blip was taken about 10 to 3 this afternoon. The sky actually changed from just grey and it was the only thing I could think to blip before I went off to my German lesson.
At least it's not a cat or something sitting on my desk.
Which could also have been a cat.
And now I'm knackered. To pronounce that in German it would K-nackered.
