Yellow Hammer

This wee bird flew into the window but not too hard. He sat still about 20 minutes till he got his wits back again. During that time he watched me get with in 2 metres and take a photo but make do attempt to move apart from slightly turning his head. He was gone 5 mins later.

Is this a Yellow Hammer?
