In lieu of "Moerloosei"

Way back here Chaenomeles speciosa 'Moerloosei' got a look in.
Much later, I can't remember if it threatened a take-over, over Herself fancied a change. Whatever the reason, it was removed.
Last visit to Barton Grange She/we spotted this and, of course, it leapt aboard for the short trip North along with an "Acacia pravissima": which could be, looking at its leaves, cue for a song - "When the world is full of strange arrangements.....". Of which more later, given it survives.
