Mountain Festival day 3

It's been fantastic - I think/hope my sessions have been well recieved - and tonight the added buzz of being the only new presenter asked to present at the 'Best of the Festival' events.
At the briefing I was lucky enough to get to hold & feel one of the trophies - these are made by Andy Parkin - International Mountain Guide and acclaimed artist. Each one is individual to its subject & they are made only from materials that Andy has reclaimed by hand from the glaciers of his home in the Alps. My Blip utterly fails to do them justice (but I wasn't really supposed to see it!)
