The man standing with me is Prof. Sam Kounaves the leading scientist for the Wet Chemistry Laboratory on the NASA mission to Mars

He is on sabbatical here in the UK and gave an absolutely fantastic talk on Mars planetary chemistry to the PhD and undergraduate students - there was a lot of interest evidenced by the number of people who stayed behind to hear a 5 pm talk
