Blue Moon

A new moon hanging in the blue over the canal which was bathed in the pinky yellow hues of sunset, brought me to a stop. Backed up, shot the car into a small lay-by, camera at the ready and ran to grab the colour in the sky which I knew wouldn't last too long.

A sight of utter tranquility in the peace of the twilight. A welcome sight at the moment.

Feeling a tad nervous about tomorrow's appointments: two consultants, two separate issues and two hospitals - I never do anything by halves! :)
