Strathaven's tree...

This was not what I intended to Blip today, but, driving home through the Common Green so as to post a letter and seeing this year's tree for the first time, I was struck by how pretty and neat the tree looked. I thought I would catch it now while it still looks so picture perfect.... once it gets a few windy nights under it's branches those rows of pretty lights won't look quite so straight...
The tree raises a lot of money for the Hospice, as people who donate get a card acknowledging that one of the lights is there in memory of their loved one...
It's a nice idea...
