An ordinary life....

Portrait of Patch...

Backblip

Whirlwind of a day with noone willing to pose for me except Patch ;-)

Up and out to meet Fiona & Janice at Gloagburn. Not seen them for ages so was great to catch up (and enjoy a Gloagburn bacon roll :-)

Got so caught up in the chat that I was half an hour late in leaving to head home to give Alan his lunch. In my haste I ran over a Grouse. To be fair, it did dart out into the road from nowhere then stand stock still like an eejit staring at my car wheel as it rolled towards it. Hey ho, an occupational hazard in rural Perthshire. And if by any chance local artist Claudia Massie was travelling behind me, it may well have given her the subject of her next painting. :))

In the afternoon met with Angie, Alan's link worker from the Day Opportunities Centre he goes to on a Tuesday and a Friday, for an informal review. The Friday is working well as he goes wheelchair ice skating but he's a bit bored on a Tuesday. Hopefully things will improve from the New Year as he will be wheelchair dancing in the morning and going to the Sport's Centre in the afternoon for Boccia training. He is MEGA excited about the Boccia.

More trying to come up with Christmas pressie ideas in the evening and that was Wednesday.
