Halloween Pumpkin Carving

Halloween is a big celebration here, maybe not as big as America but definitely bigger than in Australia.

My friend Leah and I - both from Aus - had never carved pumpkins before so we made it our mission to do one each (mine is on the left, Leah's on the right).

After what seemed like minutes but was actually around 2hours we finally finished our pumpkins, lit the candles and let them shine in the darkness. To say we were excited was an understatement - all the hard work carving hadn't gone to waste.
