Walking Up Beacon Hill

Despite the steady drizzle, Basil and I upped and out at lunch time. After all, there was some good mist, not to be wasted for photographic purposes.

When we arrived at the parking space at the side of the road, I spotted a figure disappearing into the gloom and so wished he'd stop still so I could take a photo of him disappearing into it, but of course he'd vanished long before I could get my kit out of the car.

I decided to try taking a photo of me walking up the path. As you can see, the execution was weak. I couldn't walk far enough from clicking the shutter with a ten second time delay. If you look closer, you should see a 'ghost' just in front of me. That's Basil running off.
