Sparking the debate

Late start today after a late night last night catching up with AC. As its St Andrews day the castle was doing free entry if you managed to get on line a book a ticket. Arrived with J and AC just after 11.30 and had a good few hours looking around. Saw the one ‘clock gun go off and the crown jewels.
Headed down the royal mile as AC wanted to see the Scottish Parliament building. Passed through security and had a wonder around after coffee and cake. You only get a wooden knife in the coffee shop in case you felt the need to stab potato head I assume.
This is the main debating chamber, which we had never been in before. A lot smaller than it looks on TV.
From there it was back up the Royal Mile and headed into Brewdog for a pint. Next stop was the whisky society for tea. Got there earlier than yesterday to make sure we got a space.
Had a nice dram and haggis, as it is St Andrews day.
Came back home to watch some TV. RD popped up for a few hours as well. Another late night but a great day.
This months theme is Interiors so this will be my entry
