The Speckled Sussex (presumed)

I've learnt a lot about chickens since I took this picture of one on the way home from work this afternoon ...

(What I mean by that is "I" was on "my" way home from work ... Not the chicken ... I've no idea what the chicken was up to.)

Well I say I've learnt "a lot", but to be fair what I should have really said was that, I've learnt "one thing" ...
And that, "one thing" that I've learnt, is that this is a "Speckled Sussex" ...
