An "Almost" Sunset

Okay ... so it's been wall-to-wall cloud cover again all day ... and okay ... this can hardly be described as a 'serene sunset' ... but all I can say is that it was better than nothing ... :o)

Actually I'd totally written off any idea of seeing the sun today ... and to be honest, this can hardly be described as seeing the sun ... but it was a glow on the horizon and it was a sort of orangey-red instead of the 49 shades of grey that we'd been experiencing since sunrise ... So it'll do me ... :o)

It's been flippin' cold too ... and it's been drizzling on and off ... :o|
