OTT?

Alf says he is going minimalist for a week.  I have therefore decided to find the most outrageous local displays possible for my blip.

I noticed this house making preparations about 2 weeks ago, and thought at the time they were starting early - but given how much preparation was need, I realise now why they started so early.

This is on a no through road, on a housing estate in a dormitory village just outside Norwich.  The only people passing are local folks on the way home, and those going to and from the village primary school, and the sheltered housing complex.
