seeing for miles

We popped into Dunbarton castle on the way home... because it was open... (one if the few things that is at this time of year) Gorgeous bright weather and stunning views from the top.

We've had a great holiday... lot's of nice walks, a cosy cottage to snuggle in and a diet consisting of seafood and whisky with the odd bit of cake thrown in for good measure.

Tea with the crumbles tonight and then another day off tomorrow to acclimatise back to east coast living...
