The Dutch Parrot

One of the oddest things is spotting these tropical birds by the dozens in freezing cold Amsterdam.

Specially around the Vondelpark where they started to form a real colony since 1976.

We call them The Dutch Parrots, but they are actually ringneck parquets from Azia.
