Back in November, we went as a team to see a Penn State volleyball game. We were early enough that we got really good seats. While we were sitting in the stands waiting for the game to start, they started recognizing all the high school volleyball teams that were there. Kat and I stared at the screen anxiously, wondering whether they were going to recognize us or not. When they did, our whole team stood up and screamed. There were some teams that didn’t get recognized so it was cool that our team did. The school behind us, Pine Grove, didn’t get called but when the camera man came around they put all of their effort into getting his attention and were put up on the big screen. They ended up getting on there a couple more times and they screamed every time he came around. (Maybe that is why they kept getting put up there.)
It got really hot in there really fast because of all the people coming to the game. I only had my sweat shirt on so Kat and I ventured off to go buy t-shirts. We went on a search for a bathroom after we got our shirts so I could change. Since we were walking around outside for most of the day, she wore leggings underneath her skinny jeans to stay warm because it was so cold. It was entirely too hot when we got into the gym to have both layers on so she changed as well.
