Ready for action...

This is Es nearing the end of her meet n' greet stint at The Hydro. By this time today she had already done a number of wee tasks to help out. It's a big venue and there was a lot of walking...wee soul it was only when we were heading back to the low level station tonight that I realised she was fair puggled.

But she did enjoy her day and her AAA pass. She was fairly animated when she was telling Mr R that she was behind stage, front of house, on the stage, in the VIP lounge :-)

And what a day...it was spectacular. Great speeches, good music and in the company of 12 000 like minded folk.

As Es and I were stood at the doors and folk were filing past, taking lanyards from us there was a palpable camaraderie that Es and I both commented on. It was quite emotional:-)

A grand day spent in the company of my girl:-)
