Iced Tee Cup

Beautifully bright frosty morning here in Essex. My dog and I have had a lovely time playing in the sunshine.

My pic is of a lichen that I call the golf tee. It is actually a cup lichen or pixie cup lichen, Cladonia asahinae, a relative of reindeer lichen. Shame the sun wasn't shining on it when I took the pic.
