Front row dining

Today we met our tour group for our Japan Express trip and afterwards we went to a restaurant to try try a local speciality, the Okonomiyaki - a big pancake with egg, noodles, cabbage, squid and meat in a flour batter.

It's prepared in front of you on a hot plate and was delicious. Incredible the chefs keep track of which one is which.
