There's Been A Murrdurr

Car door opens and the noise of footsteps on the slushy gravel get closer as Constable Larry Lamb waits by the dead body as Dective Sergeant Jenson Mutton approaches Morning Constable Lamb morning Sir.
DS M > What have we got Constable ?
C L > Well Sir it looks like a single shot and it's a through and through.
DS M >How long do you think the body has lain here ?
C L > Well sir I'm still waiting on the coroner to turn up but my guess is it could have lain for a while sir as the wintry weather may have staved of decomposition as there is a little decomp around the face maybe some wild animals have had a chew at it so facial reconstruction may be awkward.
DS M > Any other leads ?
C L > Well there is no footprints or tyre marks around so the weather may have destroyed that evidence sir but going by the stipling around the face of the body I'd say it was a Glock 17 that was used to execute the deceased.
DS M > Very good observations Constable Lamb by the way who is the on call Coroner ?.
C L > I think it is Romney Sheep who is on call sir.
DS M > Ahh Romney I haven't seen him for ages.
C L > Yes sir I have spoken to the locals and they say there has been tensions in the Glens with rival Flocks sir the deceased is a Scottish Blackface and the rival Flock is the Notorious Castlemilk Moorit gang.
DS M > Achh Fur Flocks sake that's all we need is that gang fae through the West coming into our Glens and floxing there wooly arses here we haven't had a murrdurr here for years now and in such a secluded area as well so who found the body Constable Lamb ?.
C L > It was a Miss Baahrbra Ewe she was driving by in her Dodge Ram when she came across the body.
DS M > Right Constable lets get the body covered over to save the evidence and get it back to the slab.
C L >Very good Sir ohh Sir by the way what are you having for dinner tonight ?.
DS M > Haggis Constable what about you ?.
C L > I'm having Hot Thighs and wedges sir.
As the detective and Constable saw the body being taken away they carried out there investigations regarding the notorious Castlemilk Moorit flock gang from the west and there was no conclusive evidence to press charges against any of the flock but surveillance will be stepped up in the glens until the murrdurr is solved.

The End
