Milling

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
I like Battambang. It would be a nice place to live.

When the workshop ended, I darted to town to try and get some early evening pictures. There was still much activity around the market.

Battambang is in Cambodia's north west, which was the region that suffered the most during the Khmer Rouge regime. As always it's eerie to think of this town being forcibly emptied by Khmer Rouge soldiers and inhabitants being sent away to such a petrifying, hungry and uncertain future, farming in the rice paddies.
