You can't beat a bit of bokeh.

Taken tonight, at the Bath Photo Walk Christmas Market and Lights walk.

This was a bit of a baptism of fire, if you can have a baptism of fire in the pouring rain. Luckily it didn't pour down all night, but you can see the rain marks on my lens. I'm still very much finding my way with night-time photography (and the day-time stuff too if we're going to be honest). This photo is of a mesh of Christmas lights, taken in manual focus and un-focussed to get the bokeh effect. This was an easier choice than going through all the other photos when it's well past bedtime.
